A Great Weekend With Mom & A New Record Player

My mom and I spent the weekend together last weekend and we had such a great time. We went to the beach on Saturday and spent the entire day in the sun. We both got dark tans and lots of exercise, swimming in the ocean. We love to go to the beach, so we try to go as much as we possibly cab. After the beach, we went out to eat at the local diner. On Sunday, we spent the day together, as well. We did some shopping at the mall and we went to a garage sale, too. The garage sale had some great stuff, including a couple of old record players and some records, too. We decided to buy them and they ended up working great. Sunday afternoon, we took in a movie, then we both went home. What a great weekend! I am so glad we got to spend it together. Next weekend, I plan to go to some more of those garage sales to see if I can find any more records for sale. I am really enjoying listening to music on the record player I purchased. It reminds me of my childhood and the records I used to listen to.
